Group Coaching 

Now that you know about what coaching is, you may be considering whether or not to go for it. Group coaching is always a great way to start and just like one to one sessions, it has many benefits. 

Here are some of the benefits:

  • Small groups (no more than 6 participants per group session)

  • Everyone will be working towards the same or similar goals 

  • Cheaper than one to one sessions

  • It's a shorter time commitment compared to one to one sessions (that can go anywhere from 3 months to one year+)

  • You get to know new people and hopefully make some new friends

  • You'll be in an intimate, non-judgemental space that allows you to be yourself

  • Sessions will be tailored to all learning styles

  • Within the group, you will be able to deepen your awareness around key issues, taking action, keeping yourself accountable and exchange ideas and strategies to help you succeed


PLEASE NOTE that all coaching sessions are currently taking place online.
